Put each quote in the same worksheet. If one quote is cheaper, identify whether the difference comes from deductible, limits, exclusions, payout method, or discounts.

Before you buy
Ask for the final declarations page and policy documents. Keep proof of insurance for your landlord or property manager if the lease requires it.
